Future Projects

The drawings above were made for a future project in Mauritius. The goal of this eco-housing project is to produce energy from the Sun, Wind and Waves. Covering an area of 17 x 3 Kilometres  The 250 Clusters each with 5 Villa’s with solar-panels followed the design idea of the hill house concept with grass roofs. Another 5000 bungalows were planned for the staff’s accommodation that will help with the upkeep and maintenance for the villas. A complete new infrastructure is in motion for the West-coast of the Island, bringing a new Marina, Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, a shopping centre, as well as an education centre for the hospitality industry.
